The Control Of Alcohol And Narcotics Abuse In The Sports Field Requires The Obedience Of All Players To The Alcohol And Narcotics Control Regulations As An Essential Condition Of Their Participation In Their Sports Clubs. At The Same Time The Criminal And Functional Procedures Are Not Applied On Them In Case Of Breaching The Regulations Or Not Abiding By Their Provisions.

  • The Saudi Arabian Sports Federations Should Abide By The Sports Attitude And Health Regulations And Shall Include Them Directly In The Executive Regulations Or Statutes Of The Federation. It Can Also Issue A Board Resolution For Abiding By Them In A Way That Is Considered As An Engagement For The Members And Participants Of The Sports Federations.
  • The Sports Federations Should Approve And Abide By The National Sports Attitude And Health Program And Apply All Sanctions On All Individuals.
  • The Sports Federations Should Ratify The Authority Of The Sports Attitude And Health Committee In Applying The National Alcohol And Narcotics Control Program And In Carrying Out The Examination And Samples Collection Processes.
  • The Sports Federations Should Abide By All The Resolutions Taken In Accordance With The Provisions Of These Regulations In Addition To All Disciplinary Procedures And Decisions Of Appeal.

  • The provisions of these regulations are applied on all members of the sports federations regardless of their location or place of residence. They are also applied on all members of the clubs or teams or associations or parties related to the sports federations.
  • The provisions of these regulations are also applied on all players participating in any activity or sports event held under the umbrella of the sports federation or financed by the federation or by any party related to this federation. They are also applied on all players participating in any activity or sports event held under the umbrella of any national confederation, commission or organization that is not part of the related Saudi Arabian sports federation. Moreover, they are applied on all participating players including minors who accept and abide by the rules and regulations related to their participation in the sports games.
