The rules for using the Ministry of Sport’ official portal apply to all visitors and users. Any user may have their access to the website suspended and/or terminated if they violate these rules or if there are reasonable grounds to believe that a user has breached these terms.

• Using the website in any way to send emails or any other content on its behalf, impersonating it, or referencing it in a way that includes defamation or false information without justification.

Violation of the usage rules or breaching the system or network may expose the violator to civil and criminal liability. Any such violations may be investigated and pursued legally.

The Ministry does not bear responsibility for any compensations, fees, expenses, or legal costs resulting from a user or their representative’s violation of these terms. The Ministry reserves the right to modify any information or feature on the website, including these terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice.

 
Termination of Use


The Ministry reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to the platform at its discretion without notice for any reason, including violating the terms of use or any conduct deemed illegal or harmful.
