French Driver Sébastien Ogier Clinches World Rally Championship Title in Jeddah

The final round of the 2025 FIA World Rally Championship, Rally Saudi Arabia 2025 supported by Jameel Motorsport, concluded today, Saturday, 29 November 2025, marking the event’s first-ever staging in the Kingdom. The round was attended by His Royal Highness Prince Khalid bin Sultan Al-Abdullah Al-Faisal, Chairman of the Saudi Automobile & Motorcycle Federation and President of the Saudi Motorsport Company, and His Highness Prince Saud bin Abdullah bin Jalawi, Governor of Jeddah. The event was overseen by the Ministry of Sport, organized by the Saudi Automobile and Motorcycle Federation, and marketed by the Saudi Motorsport Company.


French driver Sébastien Ogier, representing Toyota Gazoo Racing, secured the 2025 World Rally Championship title after finishing the season with 293 points. His teammate, British driver Elfyn Evans, finished second with 289 points, while Finland’s Kalle Rovanperä placed third with 256 points. Ogier clinched the championship in the final meters of the Dahban 2 Power Stage, sealing a dramatic conclusion to the season.
