The applicant acknowledges the fulfilment of all requirements for the relevant license/permit, warrants to meet all obligations set out by the Ministry of Sports in connection with this type of license/permit,
and takes full responsibility in case of failure to meet such obligations. The licensed/permitted entity acknowledges the right of the Ministry of Sport to inspect the entity for compliance assurance purposes.
