Issuance of a New Academy License
The issuance of a new sports academy license requires filling all the needed information below
Prior to filling the below information, an application for the issuance of a site license should be acquired from the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing, as well as the General Directorate of Civil Defense

Once the license is issued, you must apply for your academy membership at the relevant federation(s)
